Christmas catering menu Hafjell hotel offers our guests homemade and tastefull meals - made with love and care. The food is made from scratch with local ingredients. In addition to the taste of delicious ingredients and perfect combinations, it is also about something that brings people together - that creates joy!Our menus are based on ingredients from Øyerfjellet and the district around Øyer. We facilitate for allergy sufferers, vegetarians and those who have special needs or desires. VAT. We reserve the right to make changes in prices for special orders and price increases with our suppliers. The agreed price is the prices described in the order confirmation. In addition, there is transport of 1000, - per trip.Payment: Corporate customers: 10 days from completed catering or by appointment. Private customers: Pay with bank card / visa upon delivery. We have a bank terminal with us. Equipment: All food is delivered in trays and thermo boxes. These must be returned to Hafjell hotel the day after catering. Buyer is responsible for replacing seller for equipment that is not returned within 3 days of delivery, or that is damaged upon return. Price for non- delivered equipment is 200, - per thermo box.

Chef's Tapas 475, - pp (min. 10 persons)  Hot: Albondigas with mojo rojo (4 p.p), salt-baked potatoes (6 p.p), chorizo semicurado (50 g p.p), scampi diablo (4 p.p), salt-roasted padrones (3 p.p) Cold: Potato tortilla (50 g p.p), manchego (30 g p.p), serrano (30 g p.p), chorizo (30g p.p) Marinated mushrooms, olives, aioli, foccacia Prices: All prices are quoted per person and included MVA. We reserve the right to change prices for special orders and price increases with our suppliers. The agreed price is the prices described in the order confirmation. In addition, transport is NOK  600, - per exit!  Payment: Company costumer: 10 days from the order or after agreement.  Privat costumer: Payment with credit card/Visa with deliverers. We have bank terminal with us. Equipment: All the food is delivered in trays and thermos boxes, this has to be delivered back to Hafjell Hotel AS, the day after deliverance.  The Buyer is responsible for reimbursing the Seller the replacement cost of equipment that has not been returned within 3 days of delivery or that has been damaged upon return. Catering menu Our cooking is simple, and we cook as honest food as possible. With a little creativity and excitiement. It should always be good, very good! We use the best ingredients in season and preferably from local producers. The food actually tastes better when we know who has taken care of the animals, grown the vegetables and fished the fish, sustainably. Welcome to our kitchen with roots in Scandinavian cooking, and with inspiration from around the world. The wedding is one of life's most important highlight and Hafjell Hotel has extensive experience with arranging weddings. We help you with the menu, flowers, table layout, table placement, music and makes sure your wedding party will be a memorable day. Please contact our Restaurant Manager Mr Arve Engedal for quote We have different wedding facilities to offer: The Øyer hall In this venue recreated the atmosphere of the great hall on farms in Gudbrandsdalen. A great decorated venue that creates a good atmosphere for weddings and other gatherings. The venue is suitable for: 15-50 people The OL '94 hall This is our biggest of our company premises. Room theme is the Olympics in Lillehammer in 1994, and here you can find recognizable elements of ceremonies and activities related to the Olympics. There is a patio adjacent to the hall, and it has a separate entrance that can be used. The venue is suitable for 50-100 people The restaurant This restaurant is suitable for smaller wedding and banquet, and have a warm ambience. The "living room" is located in our restaurant area, and has sliding doors that can be closed. The venue is suitable for: 10 to 25 people. In all our prices are the included white tablecloths, white cloth napkins, private facilities, sound system and projector. Please contact our restaurant manager Arve Engedal for an offer or site inspection. Honeymoon suite Is really a cozy and romantic suite fit for a romantic weekend or course for the bride and groom! The honeymoon suite has wireless internet, sofa, wardrobe, hair dryer, trouser press, TV, minibar, fridge, 2 beds (four poster bed) and large bathroom
