Universal Design

Hafjell Hotell has a disabled toilet at the fireplace lounge, a telephone loop in the reception and meeting rooms, and 4 hotel rooms specially designed for people with a reduced mobility. Both the reception, library, fireplace lounge, Øyer Hall, Hafjell Hall and restaurant with the dining rooms and buffet area are on the same level. Most of our food can be made lactose- or gluten-free. There is easy accessibility between the facilities. The main entrance is created in a way that makes it easy for people with wheelchair to enter, all year around. We have therefore created an entrance area with a gentle slope down towards the front door - in addition to laying heating cables in the entrance area so that it will not become icy in winter.

Øyer Hall The Øyer Hall, which we call our new meeting room, can be used for seminars, conferences, weddings and confirmations. In the meeting room there are two projectors, two canvases, whiteboard and wireless internet. The Øyersalen has a capacity of 80 people and can be used as a banquet hall. Wheelchair friendly room. A great decorated venue that creates a good atmosphere for weddings and other gatherings. The venue is suitable for: 15-50 peopleThe OL '94 hall This is our biggest of our company premises. Room theme is the Olympics in Lillehammer in 1994, and here you can find recognizable elements of ceremonies and activities related to the Olympics. There is a patio adjacent to the hall, and it has a separate entrance that can be used. The venue is suitable for 50-100 peopleThe restaurant This restaurant is suitable for smaller wedding and banquet, and have a warm ambience. The "living room" is located in our restaurant area, and has sliding doors that can be closed. The venue is suitable for: 10 to 25 people. In the banqueting room there are two projectors, two canvases, whiteboard and wireless internet. Adjacent Øyersalen there is a large break and teeming area with sofa groups and toilets. You can walk straight out to our terrace and there is plenty of daylight in the room. The Øyersalen banquet room has PC speakers and bass box. Can be used against MP3 players (PC / phones).
