When autumn arrives with clear mornings and colourful leaves, there's one dish that really warms both the heart and the stomach: mutton cabbage. The simple but proud national dish that has gathered generations around the table – tender lamb, sweet cabbage and the characteristic pepper sprinkling that puts the finishing touch.

With us, we celebrate Fårikålen's day in a genuine, traditional way. We put the pots on the day before, let the flavour develop at our leisure, and serve mutton cabbage on Fårikålen Day itself – piping hot, rustic and full of love.
