THE OLYMPIC HALL

The 200 m2 Olympic Hall is our largest conference hall and banquet room, and can be divided into three smaller halls. The Olympic Hall with adjoining group rooms and break areas provides a pleasant setting for events of up to 200 people. The halls are decorated with effects from the 1994 Olympic Games. So here you can wander around and reminisce about the cold winter days, which really put Norway on the map.

Technical facilities

In the Olympic hall, there are ceiling-mounted projectors against the central screen. There is also a ceiling-mounted projector in the middle of the hall as an auxiliary projector with a front projector. There are ceiling-mounted PA speakers for speech and music. Mixing console for sound. 1 fixed wireless handheld mic, 2 fixed mosquito with headset, x number of fixed handheld mic.

More facilities

Outside the premises there is a pleasant gallery where we put out refreshments as desired. Toilets and a relaxation area are also connected to the halls.

Hva er OL-salen, og hvor mange personer er det plass til?

OL-salen er hotellets største konferansesal og selskapslokale på 200 m². Med tilstøtende grupperom og pausearealer passer den for arrangementer med opptil 200 personer. Salen kan også deles inn i tre mindre saler.

Hvordan er OL-salen dekorert, og hva er temaet?

Salene er dekorert med effekter fra de Olympiske lekene i 1994. Dette gir en tydelig OL-ramme og en nostalgisk atmosfære. Du kan vandre rundt og mimre tilbake til vinter-OL som satte Norge på kartet.

Hvilke tekniske fasiliteter finnes i OL-salen?

OL-salen har takmonterte projektorer mot midtstilt lerret, inkludert en hjelpeprojektor. Det er takmonterte PA-høyttalere for tale og musikk, samt miksebord for lyd. I tillegg finnes trådløs håndholdt mikrofon og mygg med headset, samt flere faste håndholdte mikrofoner.

Kan OL-salen rigges med runde eller firkantede bord, og hvor mange runde bord er det plass til?

Ja, OL-salen kan dekkes med både runde og firkantede bord. Med runde bord er det plass til maks 11 bord. Det er opptil 8 personer rundt hvert rundt bord.
